THE PROCESS

The Discovery Call
Complimentary and brief by design. We discuss your project at a high level—scope, location, timing, and investment—and determine whether Tutto is the right fit. If it isn’t, I’ll point you toward what is.

The Design Consultation
This is where the work begins: a paid working session, typically 90 minutes to two hours, in your home or on your plans. We walk the space, dig into how you live, what has failed before, and what this home needs to become.
You’ll hear my honest read on your project the same day: what I see, what concerns me, and where the opportunities are. You leave with professional insight you keep, whatever you decide next. $500.

Proposal and Design Development
Following the consultation, I develop a proposal built on your actual scope—not a generic estimate. Once we begin, the work moves through concept, space planning, drawings, selections, and a design presented with the reasoning behind every decision

Procurement, Construction, and Installation
Ordering, tracking, vendor management, contractor coordination, site visits—the long middle of a project, where most engagements fray and this one doesn’t. It ends with installation and reveal: you walk in once, and it’s finished.

Tutto is for homeowners undertaking a significant renovation, new build, addition, or whole-home furnishing project who want one principal-led team responsible for the design from first sketch through final installation. It is ideal when architecture, layout, materials, procurement, and construction decisions all need to work together—and you do not want to manage the process yourself.
If you want the complete design plan but prefer to lead the execution with your own contractor and vendors, Mezza may be the better fit.

I take on a limited number of full-service projects each year so every client works directly with me and every project receives the attention it deserves. Tutto is best suited to substantial renovations, new construction, additions, and whole-home transformations where thoughtful planning and coordinated execution materially affect the outcome.

Tutto includes interior architecture and space planning, design development, material and finish selection, furnishings, drawings and specifications, contractor collaboration, procurement, order tracking, receiving, installation, and final styling.
The exact scope is built around your home, but the purpose is consistent: nothing essential is left for you to figure out alone.

Absolutely. Collaboration is essential. I coordinate directly with your architect, contractor, cabinetmaker, and other trades so design decisions are clearly communicated, questions are answered before they become field problems, and the finished work reflects the approved design.

You will be involved in the decisions that shape your home: the design direction, key selections, and the moments that matter most to you. I handle the day-to-day coordination, procurement, follow-up, and problem-solving, so you remain informed without becoming the project manager.

For full-service projects, furnishings, lighting, and other specified items are sourced and purchased through my studio using trade resources where appropriate. I manage ordering, tracking, vendor communication, freight, receiving, delivery, and installation because that is how I protect quality, timing, and the final result.
If you prefer to purchase and coordinate items independently, Mezza is likely the more appropriate service.

Yes. I work from studios in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Charlotte, North Carolina, and accept select full-service projects elsewhere based on scope, location, and travel requirements. We will discuss the appropriate structure for site visits and coordination during the discovery call.
